How to Lose Fat From Your Stomach and Thighs

What I mean by this is that you are finding it hard to find time to jump on the treadmill or go for a bike ride, there's still a lot you can do. Simple things such as taking the parking spot that's furthest from the store, or taking the stairs instead of the escalator can all add up. If it's a nice day out, why not take the family out for a beautiful walk. This will add to your total daily calories expended, and will help to boost your metabolism!

Remove all soda drinks from your house today! This sounds simple enough, but it can have very drastic results. A can of soda is absolutely loaded with sugar and having 1 or 2 pops a day can really add up over the weeks and months. You can easily lose 5 - 10lbs just from switching to water, crystal light, or even diet soda.

Being that you're a new mom, you might not have the ability to make it out to the gym, and you might not own any barbells or fancy machines. That's absolutely fine! The great thing is that there are a plethora of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home, using nothing more than your own body weight.

Crunches, push-ups, squats, and lunges are all awesome and very effective exercises to do. Set aside 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week, and start with these exercises. It's not necessary to workout every day, 5x a day. Start nice and slow so that you don't get overwhelmed. If you follow these three tips then you'll be on your way to dropping that baby weight in no time!
