Why Use Natural Skin Care Products?

When it comes to the sun, most of us ignore what we have been taught or told about the hazards associated with the sun, we still stay out in the sun too long and get burned. We all know that it is not good for us to be lying out in the sun trying to get that tan, but being in the sunlight and getting that fresh air makes us feel so good and happy. We can't help ourselves. At times, however, getting sunburned is an accident and only certain parts of the body get exposed before we know it. There are a lot of commercial and natural sunburn treatments and sunburn remedies available. They will all help relieve sunburn pain, although some are better than others. Some will heal the skin, some will prevent scaring, and some will provide a cooling effect.

Damage to the epidermis (skin) is what actually occurred when you get a sunburn and it should be considered serious, so trying to avoid a sunburn is best. Premature aging, wrinkles, dryness, and of course, skin cancer are all linked to much exposure to the sun. The application of a cold compress is one of the simplest sunburn treatments that will relieve swelling and pain. The cold compress will cool the skin and help to prevent some of the swellings. What happens with a sunburn is that you actually burn the top layer of your skin. That causes the blood to rush to the skin in an attempt to heal it. As that happens the pain starts and the swelling begins.

With mild sunburn using an over the counter pain reliever (such as Aspirin or Tylenol) and applying the cold compresses may help.
For the best sunburn treatment, remember you should always be sure to hydrate your body with plenty of fluids at all times. Note: Not alcoholic beverages as that will actually dehydrate your body. A severe sunburn can occur more easily when the body is dehydrated so the more water you drink when in the sun, the quicker and easier your skin will heal itself and will result in fewer scars being left.

Laser treatment for stretch marks may be your first choice in erasing those stretch lines. But what if you can actually remove those unsightly lines without busting the bank? I'll tell you how in just a few. Stretch lines appear on our body for different reasons. It can happen when our dermis is stretched to a point when the elastic level of our body starts to deteriorate. This process will cause tiny bleeding accompanied by inflammation of the tissues which will then form reddish or purplish appearance which is usually the color of a newly developed stretch mark.
