By watching TV serious every night while munching chips in the couch, I have successfully turned myself into a couch potato, even before I realized it. Now, it's already spring. The winter nutrients disposition period should be ended. Well, well, that means I have to start the weight-loss program. I conclude that three necessary things are required, they are diet, exercise, and scale. first, throw away all the junk food from the fridge, and throw in fruits, vegetables, and yogurt instead.

It's the season pros again, as you can find all sorts of great fruits and vegetables available in stores waiting for you to take them home. As for myself, I'm not a big fan of fruits and vegetables. But, for the success of my program, I have to make some concession to it. And with so many alternatives, I can always find some I like, such as tomatoes and pawpaw.
