Another thing is to eat good diet, eating mostly green veggies and fruits will go a long way to give your body a youthful look. Exercise your body, keep active, you will lose nothing but sagging skin by doing so; go out there and tone up your skin, find the type of exercise that suits you ( I mean exercise that you really enjoy) that will motivate you to be consistent. Then, use skin care products that will help remove your wrinkles; do not use products that will just hide or cover up your wrinkles only for the wrinkles to show when you wash off the products; rather look for products that will gradually but effectively remove the wrinkles.

Use skin care products that stimulate the production of natural collagen and elastin in your body. Note: please don't use products that list collagen as one of the ingredients on the label; those products don't work for the simple reason that the collagen molecules in those products are too big to penetrate into your skin. From my research, the one ingredient I found that stimulates the production of collagen and elastin naturally in the skin is Cynergy TK.

Also look for products that would boost hyaluronic acid in your body by countering the activities of the harmful enzyme called hyaluronidase; I also found out that special Japanese kelp called phytessence wakame does this effectively. Use skin care products that contain anti-oxidant that destroys free radicals; one ingredient that does that is Co Enzyme Q10 (CoQ10); most skin care products on the market these days contain CoQ10 but all CoQ10 do not have the same level of effectiveness, the most effective form of CoQ10 is Nano-lipobelle HEQ10 which can penetrate through seven layers of skin.
