What Causes Cellulite to Appear and How You Can Treat Cellulite Effectively

Eczema is a skin disease that causes dry skin which often results in an itchy and irritating skin. And one of the reasons for this disease to strike is dehydration. So if you drink lots of alcoholic drinks and you have eczema, this can be one of the many causes why you suffer from this skin disease. You see, alcohol is proven to dehydrate your body which also includes human skin. Not only that but it is also known that massive consumption of alcohol can lead to more severe and lethal diseases such as cancer.

The best alternative is to drink water, about 2/3 litters a day, this will ensure that your body is hydrated and your skin will fill more moisturise, because water is flowing in your body. And water is also low in calories, and can easily fill up your stomach and help you to lose weight if you drink it in a proper time and in a proper way (just before taking a meal).

Also to be noted, not to drink high amount of caffeine, if you are infected with eczema. Caffeine is also proven to react very badly with the disease, this can cause a rapid spread of eczema, so reduce the amount to caffeine a day. I suggest no to drink more then 2 cups of coffee a day if you want to reduce eczema more quickly.

Also I suggest eating lots of fruits and vegetables, because they are naturally rich in water as well as in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E and Aloe Vera are 2 vital nutrients for your skin self defence system, so eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can, this is ensure that your skin receives the right amount of key nutrients and your skin will be healthy in no time.
